An innate passion for order
From a very young age professional organizer Kim Wellings loved all things orderly. “I actually have very early memories of really enjoying arranging and organizing items. I love containers and storage items in the same way some women love shoes,” laughs Kim. She states she can’t remember a time when she wasn’t detail orientated. “I’m a planner and a list maker; in fact, I think I was using a day planner by grade nine!”
Combining the passion with some learned systems and life experiences…
As busy working mother of two young children, Kim understood the magnitude of the items and tasks and the complexities of schedules in the lives’ of most families We all have a lot on our plates and Kim could see the value of a service that could help maintain a sense of order in people’s lives – a service that could help people get a leg up on the day-to-day “stuff” of life.
She combined her passion for organizing, background in communications, and some learned trial-and-error life lessons, and Smart Spaces Organizing Solutions was born!
Life….made easier
I am a detail person and a believer in the importance of the little things in life. But details take time and I really felt families and businesses could benefit from someone doing some of the leg work for them.
